TERMS OF USE Effective: July 23, 2026 By using Satoshi Habits, you agree to these terms. THE APP Satoshi Habits is a habit tracking app with a Bitcoin theme. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The app is free to use. All core features work without any purchase. IN-APP PURCHASES • HabitMiner Subscriptions are voluntary support subscriptions. They provide a HabitMiner badge and are entirely optional. No app features are locked behind a subscription. • Signature Cards allow you to create a custom card that appears in the shared Signature Cards gallery after moderation. Each card purchase is a one-time consumable purchase. • All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are shown in the App Store and vary by storefront. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. SIGNATURE CARDS MODERATION — ZERO TOLERANCE We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Every card you create is reviewed by a human before it appears anywhere in the app; nothing is published without approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any card at our sole discretion — including, without limitation, cards containing images of minors, sexual or nudity content, violence or gore, hateful or harassing content, images of real people used without consent, impersonation, illegal content, or copyrighted or trademarked material you do not own. If your card is rejected, you may submit one replacement at no additional cost; rejections are not refunded. The full Content Guidelines are available in the app (Node > Content Guidelines) and must be accepted before every submission. USER CONDUCT AND ENFORCEMENT You agree not to use the app to create or share content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. This applies especially to Signature Card content. You are solely responsible for the content of your cards and for holding the rights to any image or text you upload. Users can report any card from within the app; reported content is reviewed and, where warranted, removed within 24 hours. Repeat or egregious violations result in the permanent removal of the offending user's ability to submit Signature Cards and the removal of their published cards. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The app, its design, code, and content (including the Genesis character) are owned by Satoshi Habits. User-created Signature Cards remain the intellectual property of their creators, but by submitting a card you grant Satoshi Habits a license to display it within the app. BITCOIN INFORMATION The app displays Bitcoin price data and blockchain information from third-party APIs. This information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data. PARTNER LINKS Some outbound links in the app — marked with a "◇" symbol — are partner (affiliate) links, and some listed offers include a discount code. If you buy or sign up through one, the provider may pay Satoshi Habits a commission. This never increases your price; where a code applies, it lowers it. Partner status never decides what the app recommends. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Satoshi Habits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms at any time.
