TERMS OF USE Effective: October 5, 2026 By using Satoshi Habits, you agree to these terms. THE APP Satoshi Habits is a habit tracking app with a Bitcoin theme. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The app is free to use. All core features work without any purchase. The sats, Paper Sats and dollar figures the app shows are symbolic — a record of what you did and what it was worth to you. They hold no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or cashed out, and the app is not a wallet: no bitcoin is bought, sold or held in it. IN-APP PURCHASES • HabitMiner Subscriptions are voluntary support subscriptions and are entirely optional. Subscribers receive a HabitMiner badge, an alternative app icon, and a faster collecting pace: their once-daily card draw yields 3 cards instead of 1. No app feature is locked behind the subscription — every feature is usable without paying, and 99 of the 100 collectible cards are obtainable for free. The exception is one collectible: "The HabitMiner" card is unlocked by an active subscription and stays in your collection after the subscription ends. This is deliberate: a card, once earned, is never removed. The subscription's other benefits apply only while it is active. • Signature Cards allow you to create a custom card that, once a human moderator approves it, joins the shared Signature Cards gallery and the pool the Daily Draw reveals from. Approval is not guaranteed, and neither is being featured on any given day. The cards are digital collectibles with no monetary value. Each card purchase is a one-time consumable purchase. • All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are shown in the App Store and vary by storefront. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. SIGNATURE CARDS MODERATION — ZERO TOLERANCE We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Every card you create is reviewed by a human before it appears anywhere in the app; nothing is published without approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any card at our sole discretion — including, without limitation, cards containing images of minors, sexual or nudity content, violence or gore, hateful or harassing content, images of real people used without consent, impersonation, illegal content, or copyrighted or trademarked material you do not own. If your card is rejected, you may submit one replacement at no additional cost; rejections are not refunded. The full Content Guidelines are available in the app (Node > Content Guidelines), form part of these terms, and must be accepted before every submission. They name two further grounds for rejection: a card that promotes another coin is not approved, and neither is a political card — one that promotes or attacks a party, an election, an officeholder or a campaign. USER CONDUCT AND ENFORCEMENT You agree not to use the app to create or share content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. This applies especially to Signature Card content and to the display name you choose for the HODL Surfer board. You are solely responsible for the content of your cards and for holding the rights to any image or text you upload. Users can report any card from within the app; reported content is reviewed and, where warranted, removed within 24 hours. Repeat or egregious violations result in the permanent removal of the offending user's ability to submit Signature Cards and the removal of their published cards. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The app, its design and its content (including the Genesis character) are owned by Satoshi Habits. The app also includes third-party software, fonts and components, each used under its own license. User-created Signature Cards remain the intellectual property of their creators, but by submitting a card you grant Satoshi Habits a license to display it within the app. BITCOIN INFORMATION The app displays Bitcoin price data and blockchain information from third-party APIs, historical price figures that ship inside the app, and calculators and models computed from them — including what a past purchase would be worth today and the Power Law bands. All of it is for information only and is not financial advice; past performance is no guarantee of future results. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data, and the historical and modelled figures are approximations. HODL SURFER HODL Surfer, in the Blockparty tab, is a free mini-game for Bitcoin education: you ride Bitcoin’s real price week by week and see how it moved over the years. Posting your record to the HODL Surfer board is optional. The display name you choose is shown to every user of the app at once; it is checked by an automatic filter, not reviewed by a person. We have zero tolerance for names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, that impersonate someone, or that carry links, handles or advertising. Any player can report any entry from the board; reported entries are reviewed and, where warranted, removed within 24 hours, and a device that violates these terms is permanently blocked from the board. The Content Guidelines’ section on board names forms part of these terms. PARTNER LINKS Some outbound links in the app — marked with a "◇" symbol — are partner (affiliate) links, and some listed offers carry a discount: sometimes through a code you enter, sometimes applied by the link itself. If you buy or sign up through one, the provider may pay Satoshi Habits a commission. This never increases your price; where a discount applies, it lowers it. Partner status never decides what the app recommends. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Satoshi Habits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app. The alarm depends on iOS: setting a new one needs iOS 26 or later. If you decline the alarm permission iOS asks for, the alarm falls back to notifications, and it then cannot ring if you switch off the app’s notifications or their sounds. Please do not rely on it as your only alarm when something depends on waking up. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms at any time.
